Valentina is a curious illustrator by nature. In her evolutionary and artistic journey, she constantly challenges herself by adapting her style to the most diverse situations: from a drawing for a t-shirt collection, to creating an illustration for an editorial, to murals.

Mythological and fantastic animals, soft shapes à la Botero, a passion for color contrasts and a strong interest in female emancipation are the hallmarks of my work.

The main protagonists of Valentina’s colorful world are her iconic, somewhat fairy-tale animals. The fields of illustration are varied, but each of her creations is characterized by “super color contrast and fresh colors“. Valentina started working with her pencil and then moved into digital. Today, her multifaceted creativity can be applied in different fields and media: paper, fabric, digital content, there is no limit to the expansion of this magical world of hers.

After gaining various experiences abroad, carrying out training periods at a studio in Madrid and one in Amsterdam, she returned to Italy where she began collaborating with established realities in the fields of publishing, fashion and design, including Corriere della Sera, Teatro alla Scala, Superga and Fiorella Rubino. In November 2022, her first illustrated book came out: “Asia – fables of the 4 continents” for the publishing house EMI.
